Qedeli is located 2 km from Sighnaghi, on a high ridge, which offers impressive views of the Alazani Valley and the Caucasus Mountains.

The brewery responds to the ancient Georgian traditions of beer production and tries to find a harmonious connection between centuries-old culture and modern design. In addition to the production rooms, the building also combines hotel and restaurant space. The facades are made of local river stone and wood. The wooden decor of the balconies was created under the influence of the architecture of Tushetian houses.
