Idaaf Architects is a multidisciplinary studio based in Tbilisi, founded in 2016 by architect Nana Zaalishvili. The studio works across architecture, interior design and collectible furniture with a strong focus on craftsmanship and cultural storytelling. Drawing from Georgia’s vernacular architecture and rural heritage, the designs reinterpret traditional forms through a contemporary, sculptural approach.
The studio works on architectural and design projects of various scales and functions, both in Georgia and internationally, shaped by ways of living, spatial clarity and a careful response to site and urban context. Deeply rooted in its context, every project reflects a thoughtful process of research, design and making. Through its work, Idaaf seeks to reveal the hidden beauty of Georgian culture, connecting past and present, material and memory, tradition and innovation.
