The area includes buildings of different functions: Administrative Building, Sports Hall, Club | Mediatheque | Fablab, Residential Cottages, Amphitheater, Open Courts for football, basketball and volleyball as well as parking lots and Patios.
It is a new type of Youth Village with 300 beneficiaries that creates a balanced environment for various youth activities.
