In 2024, Idaaf Architects moved into a new building. This historic house, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, is one storey from the street but includes multiple levels and structures in the traditional Tbilisi style, featuring thick brick walls, niches and a covered glass balcony (shushabandi) over the inner courtyard.

While the building’s full restoration is ongoing, Idaaf Architects currently occupy a completed wing of the building. Inside, the original brick walls have been painted in a soft white tone. The wooden pillars separating the rooms before have been preserved, maintaining the spatial rhythm. The office houses a collection of Georgian ethnographic objects collected by the studio over time, alongside an exhibition of Idaaf’s own architectural and design works.
